There are 2 types of car rental company in Donostia. Crazy expensive or incompetent liars. Aval are the second type. When I asked for the cheapest car she lied. When I queried it she said the cheaper price was online only (not true, they have a sign on the wall at the office.) So I reserved a car online for 24 hours from 12.30 when I finish work and entered my credit card details. When I arrived at 12.50 they had given the car to someone else. Cheers aval.
